I lead design projects that help businesses create meaningful, user-centred digital experiences by elevating design standards and grounding solutions in user research. I have five years of experience delivering human-centred design projects across research, design, and delivery. My qualifications include a UX/UI design certification, a Bachelor of Design, and a Master of Architecture.

My introduction to design began in architecture, where I applied user experience principles to built environments. I studied how people move, interact, and feel in spaces, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to take designs from concept to construction. Unlike the fixed endpoint of a completed building, I was drawn to the ever-evolving nature of the digital environment and its continuous opportunities to refine and improve the user experience. Eventually, I made the shift to become a digital designer.

Today, I work as a UX/UI and graphic designer within a national media organisation. Applying the same human-centred thinking in a digital medium, I conduct user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify the right problems to solve and deliver user-centred solutions across web, mobile, and print products. I have led research initiatives to understand user needs and used those insights to improve readability, navigation, and accessibility.

I listen to the dreams and desires, pains and frustrations of everyday people, and design delightful experiences and products for them. It’s what I love doing every day.
